Privacy Policy

• Account info you provide: name, email, phone (optional), business name (for merchants).
• Ticket purchase info: the events you bought, the price paid, and a payment-processor reference id (we don't store full card numbers).
• Authentication info: hashed passwords, sign-in token records, and (if you turn on 2FA) the encrypted secret for your authenticator app.
• Operational logs (HTTP requests, errors) used to keep the service running and diagnose issues.

• To deliver the Service: process tickets, generate QR codes, route email, etc.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send transactional email (sign-in links, ticket confirmations).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

• Payment processor (Authorize.Net) when you purchase a ticket.
• Email provider (SMTP host) to deliver transactional mail.
• Hosting provider that runs our infrastructure.
• Merchants whose events you buy tickets for receive your name, email, and ticket details so they can fulfill your order.

You can edit your name, phone, and email-link sign-in preferences from your account page. Email privacy@tethertickets.com to request export or deletion of your data.
